TAWNY FEMALE SHIH TZU MIX DOB 6/9/19 ADOPTED
NOVEMBER 2019: This smiling face belongs to our girl Tawny, isn't she the cutest? She's happy as can be, you'd never guess she was born with a deformed hip. Tawny will require FHO surgery to repair the defect before she will be available for adoption. After the surgery, Tawny will be free of future issues with her hip and the risk of developing arthritis later in her life will be minimized.
She definitely does not let the her hip issue slow her down, we were very lucky to get this photo of her relaxing! Tawny likes to be in the middle of whatever is happening, especially play groups. Her favorite activity is romping and wrestling with her rescue buddies, but she also loves to cuddle and nap when playtime ends.
